The soul world is different from you and I. Our thoughts that arrive to us pass through this place. We are part of this as indeed it is a part of us. Yet we feel ignorant. We cannot sense or imagine what this place is like. We awaken to find ourselves in a strange land. We are strangers here. The world of the soul is the home we find foreign. Are we homeless? The method to change from the physical realm to the astral realm seems a haunting. It is all done on the stage with mirrors. smoke and many mirrors. Once again the Arts have a solution. In the play called Macbeth a seemingly unrelated stage contains esoteric knowledge. Never before discussed. Three figure dance around a fire Each figure represents a vertex on a triangle. The play called Macbeth is really about the components that contribute to our being. On the tree of life there are three triangles. One at the kidneys, one at the heart, and one at the head. The middle triangle is near the upper chest of our fictitious person. This triangle is of concern to us here. We can offer introductory labels for these triangles. They of course will change as the student grows in stature. As your needs grow so will the labels. The triangles represent worlds themselves. These worlds can be accessed. Consider the middle triangle. The three vertices have to do with the way we think, and how we think. The reason three figures dance around a fire is that they are are influenced by the light from the fire. They are attracted to the light for the poetic metaphor of this light is what powers the tree of life. This energy is called the treasury of light and can be considered as the star upon the tree. Upon the crown this light source is usually drawn. The hebrew words are Ain Sof Aor. This is the infinite light. This is the (אור אין סוף) endless light. After all a tree needs a light source, just as a tree needs earth. The earth provides the nutrients. The figures that sing, dance, and act around this fire are the knowing principles within us. The vedic terms for them are Atma (आत्मा) the inner soul, Buddhi (बुद्धि) to understand and comprehend, and Manas (मनस्) the mind. These entities in English are called spirit, soul, and mind. In the play it is not discussed by critics that we are watching the various worlds, depicted by thespians, of one individual. That is Macbeth. The spirit, soul, and mind dancing, and chanting around a fire are the Spirit of Macbeth, the Soul of Macbeth, and the Mind of Macbeth. Does this seem out of place? How often have your asked yourself what to do, when you approach a decision point of your life? This is depicted as a crossroad. The presence of a Moon and midst are irrelevant. Methods in ritual to bring the senses to the astral world are indeed different. The metaphors employed cannot be understood by inductive reasoning. After all if pyramid structures appear throughout many cultures the reason for this may be something never considered. They may represent the birth process. Something common to many lands. A Going back or a return to the elemental horizon is a theme that runs through rituals that are intended to reach the astral domain. An important point to consider is nothing can be understood unless the vessel of knowledge is first constructed. The witness of a ritual will have no effect upon the hour you are in unless your vessel is prepared and ready to receive the Holy nectar. Much study is necessary. The image above is the depiction of ourself. Each animal, tree all are metaphor to describe the wolds that animate the mind and physical body. Scholars examine the mosaic and claim it is a nature scene. The Greek Mysteries refer to our being and what makes us distinct. The symbols employed are not understood in the physical world. The reason for pairing a cat with a moon have little to do with the ability to see in the dark. The moon and sun have terminology and sway along the nervous system. If you are going to enter the astral world you must learn how to pass from one side of the nerve tissue. The side acted upon by a force, and the side wishing for a desire to happen. The key to this doorway is music. Place your bicep close to your ear. Relax and contract in a quiet place and you will hear musical tones. This use of music is why in the Macbeth play the figures use words that simulate musical instruments. It is music that can transport from outside the body to the astral. A way of theater to make entry into the astral world possible without music is through words. Words are used in Jean Cocteau's script for Orphée. You will see an invocation is used in the form of a radio broadcast. It is very similar to a sabbath ritual. "Goes faster......Three times. I repeat" The necessity to follow with the intention of repeat is to establish a rhythm without melody. The voice is alone. "Your attention please." Here is the signal sent in a temple to expect a change in the ritual. " A single glass of water lights up the world." In Robert Heinlein's character, by the name of Michael, he selects water as the sacrament. To share water is a Holy bond. The body and soul are connected through a common element, this is called water. Do you really expect a world so clean viewed from imagination? It is said operations in the astral must be put in the reverse. The concept of birth is described as consumption. This is the mind's depiction of a world unseen with physical devices. Despite the work involved in understanding Macbeth. The play has largely not been deciphered. Several items are mentioned to be placed into a large container. The meaning of these items are not known. An important fact is that none of the ingredients have a physical significance. All of them refers to mind. The ingredients of Fenny Snake (Chickweed), and Eye of Newt (Mustard Seed) actually refers to the Heavens of Moon and Mars. It is in these heavens that are assigned the mental activities of Grammar and Music respectively. These names refer to mental states and not subjects of astronomy. The toe of frog (buttercup) is the Heaven of Mercury. This is the mental power of logic and dialectics. By relating the zodiac information we can assign which parts of the physical body the ingredients relate. A deep knowledge of astrology is necessary. What symbol do we select to represent the Soul in art? The use of music is necessary in both lands. Hence Orpheus holds a harp. This same harp is in your body. When you observe an actress on stage what is the first characteristics you pick up on? What conclusions do you make? When gazing at Maya do you understand what you are perceiving? Weißt du, wie eine Hexe aussieht? Any information on the original Greek sculptures would be greatly appreciated. The understanding of the natural forces represented by Hecate requires mediations on the Greek Mysteries. In the Theogony by Hesoid is a piece on the goddess. Only by reading the original texts will you be able to understand the functions of the higher worlds. The Hymn to Hecate Section number 410 The Starry Heaven is a reference to the nerve fibers in the cerebrum. And she conceived and bare Hecate whom Zeus the son of Cronos honoured above all. He gave her splendid gifts, to have a share of the earth and the unfruitful sea. She received honour also in starry heaven, and is honoured exceedingly by the deathless gods. For to this day, whenever any one of men on earth offers rich sacrifices and prays for favour according to custom, he calls upon Hecate. Great honour comes full easily to him whose prayers the goddess receives favourably, and she bestows wealth upon him; for the power surely is with her. For as many as were born of Earth and Ocean amongst all these she has her due portion. The son of Cronos did her no wrong nor took anything away of all that was her portion among the former Titan gods: but she holds, as the division was at the first from the beginning, privilege both in earth, and in heaven, and in sea. Also, because she is an only child, the goddess receives not less honour, but much more still, for Zeus honours her. Whom she will she greatly aids and advances: she sits by worshipful kings in judgement, and in the assembly whom she will is distinguished among the people. And when men arm themselves for the battle that destroys men, then the goddess is at hand to give victory and grant glory readily to whom she will. Good is she also when men contend at the games, for there too the goddess is with them and profits them: and he who by might and strength gets the victory wins the rich prize easily with joy, and brings glory to his parents. And she is good to stand by horsemen, whom she will: and to those whose business is in the grey discomfortable sea, and who pray to Hecate and the loud-crashing Earth-Shaker, easily the glorious goddess gives great catch, and easily she takes it away as soon as seen, if so she will. She is good in the byre with Hermes to increase the stock. The droves of kine and wide herds of goats and flocks of fleecy sheep, if she will, she increases from a few, or makes many to be less. So, then. albeit her mother's only child, she is honoured amongst all the deathless gods. And the son of Cronos made her a nurse of the young who after that day saw with their eyes the light of all-seeing Dawn. So from the beginning she is a nurse of the young, and these are her honours. Hearsay and popular misunderstanding will not convey knowledge. The number 6 is associated with Hecate. The domain of this goddess is where the interface between the spinal chord and brain stem meet. Verstehst du okkulte Wissenschaft? The word Wissen spells out knowledge. The use of plays were constructed to pass information of arcana wisdom. The knowledge has yet to be understood. None-the-less we can understand some information such as the use of costume and titles of characters. The English word witch correctly comes from the German word Wissen. Other derivations are not factual. To state otherwise is a misdirection on the stage. There is a tight relationship between Hecate and your optic chasm. Hermes requires Hecate in order to access this vital spot. Here is where the optic pathways cross just under the bridge of your nose. Orpheus needs Hecate's help to gain entry to this part of the nervous system. The healers work with this organ. It is the first step in correcting disorder in the cosmos. By the use of playing music the correction is possible. Hecate represents a unique series of forces that are both necessary in the early stages of fetal development, birth, and adulthood. This is why Zeus looks favorably upon her. Certain forces of development cannot serve the needs of the organism and are required to be turned off. This is what is meant by the imprisonment of the Titians in Tartarus. The place of Tartarus is the physical body. At certain stages growth is necessary. Consider the cells involved in bone, liver, hair, fingernails, and mouth require growth of new cells. This involves the titanic powers. Regulation of the body demands the Olympian powers. The Orphic Hymn to Hecate reveals some interesting functions of the goddess. I call Hecate of the crossroads, The Lovely God where three roads meet. In sky, on earth and in the ocean, yellow gown upon her form. At tombs she celebrates the Bacchic rites with souls. Daughter of the Titan Persēs, fond of solitude and deer. By night, protectress of the dogs, she is a most enchanting queen. Barking dogs announce her passing. She’s unbound and fair of face. On her head the bull-horn headdress, lady, priestess of the world. Ruler, damsel and our nurse maid, wandering the mountain sides. With her worshippers she’s present, maiden at the holy rites. The reference to the tombs of the souls has eluded many translators. The author Pascale B. Randolph can help assuage their troubles. Since the goddess is involved in the life of the body we must consider the various parts of the body. The red blood cells are a living entity. They share a life cycle of birth, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, old age, and the transition. The physical body is the home of reembodied spirits. This land of Souls is where forces are constantly carrying forward the results which not only affect, but organize and sustain the character and destiny of future worlds. When we breath we actually are producing the beings of the next evolution. Therefore be mindful of your thoughts. Vast chemical processes maintain the body which cannot be detected by instruments and are beyond the intellect. Yet the mystery of the body can be understood by your higher mind. The key is to unite your minds rather than work with the lower mind alone. The signals of the nerves also contain souls. These are the words mentioned in the tombs. Inside the head there exists 5 atrophied centers these are those very tombs. The Bacchic rites are used to awaken these centers. There is information in this hymn that is of a high level. Just as the yogic methods the Greek Mysteries had special exercises to awaken the slumbering portions of us. How should we gaze into the astral mirror? if we strongly desire to gaze affectionately into our own soul, what should we invoke? What would the soul do gaze back at us or look away? Does the misaligned view we have of Hecate reflect how we view our own body? The anger and deep sorrow can also been seen in hitting ourselves. Mutilating the body in some cases. Regarding ourself as evil, unworthy, or having a moment of intense sadness. Neglecting the very spirit within us. The endless cycle of abuse The continued use of medicines. The addictions that plague our friends and family. Yet it is through learning about these very deities that the way out can be achieved. Especially for all the entry points into the nervous system and higher worlds is achieved through the goddess Hecate. The organs and forces represented by the image. The reason Hecate is represented as a trinity is her threefoldness. The Sky, Sea, and Land tells us this is where soul connects to the physical body. In Greek Mysticism the inner meaning for the three refers to the entry to three portion of the mind. The Sky is associated with the spiritual world. The Sea is the phantasmal world. The land is where the physical laws exist and reasoning can be employed. Knowledge of the higher worlds required divinity. Inference resulted in guess work. Activities on Land were not enough for Sky and Sea. The Devine power is within us and there is no need to be ashamed. The statue of Papa Legba, on the left, shows the straddling of two worlds of existence. The etheric and the physical. The crutches to a first approximation show why we have to learn how to function at birth into a new world. The actor in the middle plays the part of the drunken entity. When we enter the stage we forget our spiritually. This ritual was represented by a festival. Notice the actress on the left. This represents the soul. The actor on the right wearing the hat represents the spirit. The number six is associated with Hecate. This number has a meaning. The more you work with this number you will understand how the body and nervous system are related to Hecate. The word Hex actually means six. In other languages this word was imported to represent the deity. What has never been discussed is the relationship of Hecate to the body. The Holy city of Jerusalem is the cube. There are six sides to this structure. The relationship to the astral world is very close for this city is among the stars

Those desiring to be ignorant of our art make fanciful stories of the alchemist vainly searching for the philosopher's stone. Ever willing to seek fun the claim is the alchemist gives out false information to hide the sacred craft. The author of a book entitled the Nature of the salt Regenerated not only revealed, in the book, the techniques of our noble science he also describe what the stone really is. A useful clue about the nature of this substance can be obtained from a manuscript called Ecclesiastes. The passage from 6:10 tells us: "That which hath been is named already, and it is known that it is in Man." The substance is as real as you are. It is called spiritual water. As a "fluid" it can only be transferred by physical laws from one location to another by the use of vessels and tubes. The impetus comes from wind, and Air. The model of the physical body and how the mind interacts with the body is described as a land subjected to the forces of weather. A secretion of a fluid can result in a storm, or calm weather. Hence your emotions result from the movement of fluids. The direction of a wind tells the origin of these emotions. A south wind blows from the blood circulatory system. The Ego manifests in the blood. A East wind blows over the land of the digestive network. A passion of fear can emit from the abdominal region. A substance not talked of much these days in Air is spirit. The spirit can provide a tight control over the movement of the winds. A liquid intimately related to the blood is called spinal fluid. Your breath from Air has marvelous effects upon the spinal fluid. The pulsation and rate of production is controlled by how you choose to breathe. The forces from Air allow the fluid that bathes all of the nervous system to move through a series of chambers. A two dimensional representation of the chambers can be provided below. What is not shown in the drawing is how the fluid is introduced, how the fluid leaves. It is a static image. The vessels at least four are grouped together in the head. The smaller tubes allow the liquid to move throughout the body. The Rig Veda mentions the beginning of thought commences when this fluid touches the tissues that make up the nerves. Breath contributes to your thoughts AS an exercise consider when you experience the beginning turmoil of anger and fear. Try but this observation notice how your breathing. IT IS shorter! The appearance is that no breath is occurring for the moment. You are taking gulps of air. NOw change your breathing rhythm. Make the breath deeper and slow the pulsation. Notice the rhythm now. You will learn something never experienced......that is the emotions changed. You can change your feeling by how you breathe. The storm about to commence did not happen. In the Air is something that controls the fluids in your body. This points to why the ancient texts refer to perfect breath as Holy Spirit (Άγιο πνεύμα). This is pronounced as Ágio pnévma. If you cannot see something in Air, then how does this marvelous substance change your mind? If you change your emotion can you make new knowledge? Create new skills? Make new arts? Unite your higher minds with your lower minds? Visit the higher worlds all without consuming anything just be how you breathe. Introductory Passage …inside you is hid the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Therefore let the high inquirers and searchers into the deep Mysteries of Nature learn first to comprehend what they have inside themselves, before they abandon matters without them and by divine power within them, let them first real themselves and transmute their own Souls. This will allow them to go on prosperously and seek with good success the mysteries and wonders of God in all natural things. Let them retire into the innermost center of their own hearts and with their whole desire, as with a magnet of their Souls, attract and imbibe the Divine Spirit there, which will readily enter, and intimately mix itself with the Soul, and radically and sweetly dissolve it, and turn all its harsh, fierce, corrosive, rough and bitter essences, into a most pleasant sweet, meek and friendly gentle frame and temper, and all of the adverse contrary properties, will make one harmonious quintessential heavenly nature. The substance within is called Regenerated Salt. A small quantity, once prepared, has the ability to transmute base metals into silver and gold. This terminology is of mental states. Just as eden, and paradise means bliss so does Nirvana. The more you work with your mind the more you will understand what these terms really mean. To be made aware of a place brings it into existence if the spiritual scaffolding is constructed. The salts that make up the stone are derived from 12 chemicals. They are Calcium Fluoride, Calcium Phosphate, Calcium Sulphate, Iron Phosphate, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Phosphate, Potassium Sulphate, Magnesium Phosphate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Sulphate, and Silicon Dioxide. To think of how to know which salt achieves an effect requires much knowledge. The manipulation is achieved through Art. The effect of an image causes us to change our breathing pattern. Consider when you move how does your spinal fluid move? To understand the alchemical technique you must become familiar with invisible bodies. The astral salt is the basis of the solidity and incombustible parts in bodies. Astral mercury is the origin of fluidity and volatility. Astral sulphur is the source of combustion and vegetation. The Natural man therefore doth draw the Vital Spirit from the Air, Water and Earth in a two fold process, from beneath and from above. From above by the attraction of the Air, or his respiration, he enjoys the spirit, power and breath of the out-flowing and out-going word; to wit, the gale or out-flowing spirit of the Air, and convert it into his nourishment; but from beneath he partakes of the Flesh and Blood of the World. The world of solids does not reveal the story of life. The images above neglect information on the liquid and air that are a vital part to the story. The figure on the right does not show the vessels. It shows where the vessels operate. The figure on the left reveal a static image of these four containers. The individual containers move. They are not constrained to remain motionless. The walls of these vessels contract and expand. These movements can affect the rate of spinal fluid released into the nervous system. This image shows the spatial arrangement of the four vessels. The picture displays three of the vessels clearly. The fourth vessel is not drawn. The salts secreted into these vessels are not the same. In the vessels on the top are rich in sodium ion. The salts secreted in the lower left vessel are rich in potassium. Swedenborg described two liquids in the brain. Once he called animal spirit. This material was excreted rom grey matter. The other, he called nervous juice, which is secreted through the capillaries. If the spirit water is a liquid, than why is it called a stone in some cases? Substances such as sugar and salt can be dissolved into water. The water can be evaporated. This will reveal the sugar and salt. When they are dissolved do we stop and think they have disappeared? Our mind responds to senses. Our memories may hold this knowledge. Yet to experience it happen makes us aware of the existence. For experience reveals to us its existence. Our impression fades over time. A memory of a loved one is reenforced by a ritual to reveal the person's existence. Much like the stone. The spirit water achieves a corporal form. How this occurs can be understood in the Perseus Mystery. The poem describes an alchemical process. The character of Medusa has the ability to crystalize matter. This is a solidification process. The ability to make crystals form in solution by gazing. While a poem provides the knowledge of the inner mysteries that control the body, mind, and soul it will be a celestial map that leads to a knowledge of the components in the body. In the constellation called Perseus there is a star called Algol. The color of this star changes over time. This salt must be of grave importance. The constellations involved in the process can be seen in the night sky. Andromeda appears at the maximum height in the Fall season. This is the time fruit ripens upon the trees. Both Pegasus and Perseus are also late summer constellations appearing in the northern hemisphere. Their appearances with the growth of the salt in the body on a macroscopic level. The stars the upon the planisphere map out the organs below. The constellation of Perseus is described in Babylon as an old man. He is called the Shadow of Enlil. The deity of Enlil is the father. This reflects the knowledge contained within this astrological sign. The occult significance of this image is only for those interested in the higher mysteries. The production of the first mater requires mother and father. The miracle of the Mystery of Babylon How does grass, herb, and fruit combine to make milk, flesh and bone? The process of transmutation is linked to digestion. The base metals of Lead, Tin, Copper, Iron, Argent Vive, may be changed into a Metal more excellent than Gold. This amazing process is shadowed by what occurs when Grass, Herb,and Fruit is converted into Milk, Blood, Flesh, Bones, Skin, and Hair. The observable products from the digestion process are the excitements. Knowledge of the functioning of the body in part can only be imagined by sight coupled with thought. These include acid and base called Sweet and Soul, The juices, and Moistures found in the body, the resin, dung, salts, and wine. The non-observable products are the seeds. Both man and brute ingest of grass produce a salt of nature. It is this mineral component that is vital for many life processes. It is also how metals, bone, and muscle have a common relationship. The alchemical processes change with each advance of the zodiac wheel. The three constellations of The Band, Andromeda, and Cepheus all correspond to the process of Projection. There are three steps to every alchemical process. To carry out a process a good way is to use Art. This is the reason why these paintings were commissioned. By viewing the operator is able to invoke the process. The paintings make up what is called the inner arcana. This is the body as the processes inside are a mystery. The three images above are the key to understanding the process of creating the stone. The image on the left shoes the conception of the stone. This is represented in the upper left most picture of the sun and moon forming an eclipse. The middle image is the gestation process of the stone. The astrological sign is andromeda. In the Babylonian astrological maps this constellation was represented by a pregnant woman. The images of the stars spell out the alchemical procedures in the physical body. The image on the right maintains the same arch as in the middle image. These processes occur within the head. The male and female couples show the hermetic principle of gender. Take notice how the couple on the right is the image of the right. When meditating be consciously focused of the principle of gender in the stone. This is an important point the we must be diligent in our studies. In order to lift the veil we have to work with the stone. Located in the southern hemisphere near Aries is the sea monster. Cetus is made up of Part land, and part sea. This constellation refers to in the physical body as the Thalamus. There are two Thalami and are called the golden apples in the Greek Mysteries. These are the apples Hercules goes after in the garden of the west. This garden is in the back of your head. The ram, Aries has jurisdiction over Cetus. The horns of the ram can be found inside the inner part of your brain. They are called the horns of Ammon. In the constellation of Perseus there is a reddish star that changes in intensity. The Algol star has a counterpart in the body. This nerve center plays a role in bringing change to the substance that the Thalamus produces. The change of the intensity can be observed by the naked eye. The esoteric term for this star is called the Ghoul. In various traditions this star goes by the name demon star. The arcana wisdom always has a meaning to why such names are utilize. Ask yourself this question. How would the soul appear as a reflection. What would the image be like. These myths and traditions point to the biological activities that are involved inside us. The esoteric knowledge provides a way to achieve control and not relay on automatic systems. This is the unfolding of consciousness which is represented by sun and moon. The four of wands has a reddish tower in the background. This picture depicts the alchemy called Rubedo. This is the third step in Calcination. Out of all the three steps: Nigredo, Albedo, and Rubedo there is a connection with the color and the constellation. The Algol star has a reddish hue. The use of heat is involved in calcination. The volatile complexes break up and leave the vessel. The remaining residues are not volatile. The changeable nature of personality falls away revealing the true character. The obsession with the pyramid arrangement can be understood, in part, by examining the floor of the fourth ventricle. The walls of these containers are not devoid of features. It is from these walls that the spinal fluid is secreted. Various processes occur along the walls. By looking even at medical diagrams it is possible to view the pyramids within you. The diagram above is a view of the floor that seals the fourth ventricle. In addition to the floor what is not shown is the walls and roof. The pyramid named after Cheops brings attention to the stone. The Egyptian name Cheops and the Greek Cepheus both refer to the stone. The Perseus mystery tells of the andromeda's father. He is called Cepheus. He is the poetic form of the stone. This is the stone that the church rests upon. This can be observed in celestial maps. The wife of Cepheus is supported by her husband. Here is the celestial map you can observe the description. The wife is being supported by Cepheus. There are two "salts" one is called the astral salt. The other is called the central salt. There is no material whether be it vegetable or mineral that is able to propagate and multiply itself, unless its Seed be first made a viscous water. Inside this viscous water can be found a concentrated center called the Salt of Nature. This substance is the light of the world. Every where where it fixes its seat it drives its circumferences to motion; it does illuminate, strengthen and uphold them in their motions. The Spirit of the Salt is the medium of all things, by which the highest are knit with the lowest, and kept in harmony. It is this very spirit which ascends up into the Airy Heaven, and which again descends, when it does so it is able to restrain the turbulent winds, and holds them in the Fists of its power. The spirit is able to gather the waters together into their places. What is the occult truth of the Titan Prometheus (Προμηθεύς) stealing the fire from heaven? The answer can be found in the constellation called Libra. The Akkadian name for this constellation was not related to a balance. It was called the Holy Altar. The English letters written to approximate the Akkadian is Tul-Ku. The four portions of the zodiac were assigned to gods. These gods had an important duty and therefore were designated as reagents. These regencies are named Earth, Air, Water, and Fire. The regent for fire is named Samas. The Greek name for this regent is Hephaistos. The Latin name is Vulcan. Sacred objects tend to be hidden only to be revealed in the inner mysteries. In exoteric star maps it is common to see two star names of scorpio within libra. They are written in English as Zubenelgenubi ( الزُّبَانَى الْجَنُوبِيّ ) The Southern Claw. This is called Alpha Librae and The other star is Zubeneschamali (الزُّبَانَى الشَّمَالِيّ) The Northern Claw. This is called Beta Librae. These oddly names stars in Libra are explained away as libra was once part of scorpio. The effect of Prometheus's action has affected not only mythology texts, but also a new field called astronomy. The physiology of the body changed with the theft. This in part why the constellation was redrawn from a flaming altar into a balance. The member of the zoo seems different among all the animals. By no means this theft is presented in only one tradition. The Holy altar is depicted as a circle of faint stars. This a very different description. The newer is of a triangle. The fire once stolen made the altar empty. It still serves the ruling gods a purpose, but their power has left heaven and moved to earth. What is the nature of this fire? Obviously this is a substance that is a part of us. The term serpentine fire provides the life force. In us the fire shifts from the kidneys to the sacral region. It is poetic to think the flame is placed on a piece of wood and carried from the mountain top down to earth. The land where humans dwell. The earth spoken of is below the kidneys and above the legs. This means a change in function occurred in the kidneys. This pair of organs, described in Greek mythology, is the location of mount olympus. The tarot key number 10 is the planet jupiter and is sequenced between the intestines and colon, this is tarot key number 9, virgo and tarot key number 11, which represents the kidneys. Be aware how the two ones in eleven, balance each other. Just as the scales of libra. This is the occult reason why the number is assigned to the region of personality. The force of creativity and logic can balance each other or drive each other to opposite poles. Have you ever met someone who claims they cannot draw, or is not good with figure? The gods involved in body regulation reside on mount olympus. This is indicated to be in the lower torso region. We do not feel that the power of creation is from the Palace of the Gods. That feeling can occur when intellect decides to ignores all the powers at its disposal. Who is this Prometheus? Students of the occult know never to ignore a deity or disrespect a tradition. Hearers of these legends sadly misunderstand the sacred knowledge presented. The constellation above lies between scorpio and libra. Grasp in both hands resembles a serpent. This figure should not be familiar. The likeness may seem unreasonable to some of you. After all it is an artist rendering. Notice how far the figure is from libra. The vessel seems empty with the sacred fire removed. The figure labelled scorpio has the sacred bones. Lower conscious states resemble dream sleep. It is sleep walking. Imagine what the Greek tradition is trying to convey. Put it another way ask who is the bearer of the serpent? This same constellation is used to represent the astrological sign of fools day. This is when the soul begins its journey. We have a different tradition yet the same constellation is used. The occult truth is that the map of the heavens describes You. The different actors in a Greek play are the forces that operate through you and within you. The power of generation is present in the loins. There are consequences for this. It explains how we use our mind. The purpose of the kidneys now is to control the cerebellum. This is the oxen. The kidneys are the reins. Here is a function of governance that the forces of mount olympus employ. Looking close to the serpent bearer we see a constellation with the title hercules. One aspect in the Greek myths is that Hercules (Ἡρακλῆς ) will supersede Zeus. Who then is Hercules? Physiologically speaking the Hercules constellation operates through the Uterus (Woman), prostrate (Man). Another interesting clue is that in the left hand of the figure holds the nascent three spinal currents. The fruit and leaves offer additional insight. It is in these organs that the current are started. First two, then three. The of course starts now in the regency of Scorpio. Both the harp of the brain and the crown of the bladder are connected. Thus it is a vital control point in your tradition. So then one question who is Prometheus and who will become Hercules?
A stone sculpture found in Austria has raised a lot of speculation. Apparently there are many such figurines found across Europe. Forty of these items have been suggested to be found, yet few if any photos have been made available. They go by the name Venus in journals. The first reported one is named Venus of Willendorf. Another is called Venus of Lespugue. The names reveal in part the places where the objects have been found. Because of the nature of the images even when scholars study their features troubles appear in the language. Statues of images reserved for the tomb have in much later events ending up as being placed in a garden, or home dwelling. There is a current of displacement one can sense when viewing a piece in an anthropological museum knowing it was once part of a different location. This ability for an inanimate object to invoke strong emotions in an animated being is in the realm of magic. Such an example addresses a curious fact. When a performer or priestess carries out an operation design with the intention of bringing change in the hour you are in. The effect may not have the desired result. It depends on what your present hour is. A mental state of mind is not the same as a measure of time. How then can it be an object that is not part of a ritual cause so much reverence that a change of an hour can result in so many? The sensation of butterflies in the stomach or a slight sensation in the abdominal region is registered by the viewer. The curious markings on the head are dully noted. Researchers devote much writing to the torso region. It is strange the hands and feet are not discussed much as they are smaller in proportion to the figure. Each of these works has a different head. In the case of the Willendorf sculpture, the patterns on the head is assign to braided hair. Beauty to the beholder is allowed to make any claim they wish. After all it is their own thoughts. The thoughts are sacred. The crown worn as the chakra upon the head is said to have one thousand petals. Would you consider counting them ? Often the mind records this as a metaphor. Until what a petal means can be realized. A type of energy is emanated from the depths of this vortex. You resemble a fountain in appearance. The Sahasrara Chakra contains 1000 petals. The arrangement is 20 layers with 50 petals inside one layer each. The figure from Willendrof has a unique carving upon the head. It resembles a garland. Like a garland of crowns. This is the Mazzaroth ( מַזָּרוֹת ) region of the head. It has been presented that the village of Willendorf, Austria was the place where the carving was found in 1908. All the objects currently made known have dimensions that make them roughly the size of a hand. Nothing of a larger or smaller size has been found. A paper showing some figures found in various places can be found here. The continual assumption is that these works are based on portraiture. It is also possible that these are not made from life models. The temptation is too great to think a different way. The information in them is all that is available thus the objective has been to meet the artists rather than work with the art. Further reading O. Soffer and others, The Venus Figurines Current Anthropology 2000 Vol 41 number 4 pages 511-537 Layayoga by Shyam Sundar Goswami Not all heads are the same. There is great variation in the design of these figures. A different head a for a different transformation. The chakra has to be activated first. These works of art can have different applications. The sensations experienced are personal. What one feels in a gallery, garden, or temple, is an individual event.
The word तारा is pronouced tārā, this word is designed to elicit a crossing. The desire is to cross a door. The purpose of choosing the right word was aimed at getting an everyday function into a magical event. In any art form to be effective the concept of layering adds to the viewing experience. The higher worlds beckon if the invocations are impressed into the art. In a ritual experience the passive experience causes the viewer to remain in their level of cosmology. IF they are in the first earth before attendance, they may leave in the same position. Artists involved in performances are concerned with this problem. The religious rites were designed with the objective of making an event a divine one. The material chain forms a loss of form and understanding for the participants that just by participating they fulfill an obligation. This increases the distance between the higher heavens and all the earths if the spirit feels trapped in the physical body.
The images of the green and white tara were made to achieve access by visual stimulation.
Our Tara had a form used in the taking of liquid in a ritual. The key implicit in the activity is to bind every part of the participant's body with the divine savior. The sanskrit wording is Tara Dravamayi. In the planned preparation the participants were not to be thinking of other actions. They were to believe each of them were the (hero + heroine)* in the drama. The portion missing in rituals is the action of the reader. The concept of Devine Action is assigned to Sakti. These actions must reflect in your every day activity and feeling. The wording nature and magic have a separating motion on our thinking. The magic must be an every moment occurrence to lead to a result.
* The participant, in the ritual, has both genders. The gender description are mental components which refer to the conscious and subconscious. These are separated in the second Adam. In the the original Adam they were united.
By taking a beverage that is bound to the Saviour, the heroes are made aware that each and every organ in their body will receive the beneficial effects. The Feminine Saviour will provide this tender loveing care through herself. The Saviour Mother will provide no harm. The author Heirich Zimmer describe this ritual in his text The Philosophies of India. There can be no question, as is necessary for a ritual, that the intent is assured. When the hero takes the goblet. There is strong knowledge that Tara Dravamayi is the liquid resting inside.
The Greek word χάρης is Charis. Her life saving blood was represented as a wine in a ritual. The occult term describes the substance as the menstruum used in birth. It is associated with life. The name in English can be Grace, kindness, Life. To understand Charis and the effects on neurophysiology a knowledge of the Ogdoad system is essential. Words applied in ritual were carefully chosen to elicit effect provided the other aspects of art were included. Dance, motion, color, preparation. All are necessary. Else just as reading an article it may interest you. A change occurs when you are mentally lifted up off the ground and placed back on your side. This change in viewpoint exhibits a change in an hour. To return to your original state makes you feel why be involved if there is no apparent benefit.
The Ogdoad (ὀγδοάς) system is in all traditions. They may be masked. They may be presented only when you are ready. The Egyptian involved 8 deities of 4 goddesses, and 4 gods. The names were chosen to bind to different levels of thinking for they had their profound service when used in high levels of thought. The aspect of the Ogdoad is encroached only in theories of machine learning. A sophisticated science of how we execute our will has been known for centuries. This is the application of the Ogdoad system. Their names are 1 Nun, 2 Naunet, 3 Amun, 4 Amaunet, 5 Keku, 6 Kauket, 7 Hehu, 8 Hauhet. They are called the celestial rulers. Each name is associated with a process of thought and biological control.
The first eight are designated as pairs of male, female entities. The series (male + female) is written as follows: (Nun + Naunet), (Amun + Amaunet), (Keku + Kauket), (Hehu + Hauhet). The god Hehu comes from the root word heh. This means million(s). The deity is designated the god of infinity. The first pair created the remaining six pairs. This is (Nu + Naunet). From this couple (Amun + Amaunet), (Kaku + Kauket), and (Hehu + Hauhet) were derived. The 4 elemental deities that oversee the bodily systems and support the vault of heaven are produced from the coupling of Keku and the consort Kauket. It is from this organization that one can grasp the meaning of how the term creation is understood. By thought the mind created the body. The child gods from (Keku + Kauket) are Hapy, Imsety, Duamutef, and Kebhsenuf. This schema also explains the role of deity with the jurisdiction of a specific organs or circulatory system. This ultimately provides a way to learn how mind influences bodily function and how external influences can affect mind. This will be important when studying the phenomena involved in animal magnetism, and somnambulism. Therefore Charis is just as important to the mind as Bethel. These words bind to portions of the body.
The eight system of gods. The serpent headed figure represent goddess.
The structure of the eight deities can be compared the the Greek tradition. The higher deities can be affixed to the lower system. This builds up a framework that leads to a model of thinking interfacing with the physical body. That means there are several groups of eight deities. These deities serve to emanate information from one to the other. In the Egyptian Mysteries the deity Atum produced Shu and Tefnut from the egg. The meaning is clear because shu and tefnut combined form the nervous system. The origin at birth of the nascent nervous system evolves from an egg. The metaphor agrees with the physical observation. The earlier formed match up with the early structures that are observed in biology.
The Egypt names were made from the Hermopolis ( Ἑρμοῦ πόλις ) pantheon. This is important as the location defines which body we are talking about. The city is located near the boundary of upper and lower Egypt. It is also the city of Hermes (Thoth, Tehuti, Taht, god of moon). This is a reference to the mind. By comparing the Greek with the Egyptian an understanding of the terms is possible.
A text describing the emanations for the Greek system can be found in the scholarship of Saint Irenaeus. Some information on the relationship of Charis and Sige is offered. A more advanced study is required to learn why Sige is linked to Charis. The necessary information requires how generations transform in mental maps. The source of a generation name is a recognize concept. How to use them is not known. The application of this is not studied extensively. Fragments of the ceremony have been reported in other texts. The work of Elaine Pagels on the Gnostic Gospels is a useful beginning source of information. The ritual is quite old. The author Marcus writes of Charis as Follows: May she who is before all things, the incomprehensible and indescribable Grace, fill you within, and increase in you her own knowledge.
If one wanted to know how life appears to the astral body the artist can use the powers that be. Georges Seurat left one painting entitled Le Grande Jatte. His art was not so identifiable and distinct by the use of the point. The effect shows occult students how one element borrowed from the craft can have a dramatic effect on another subject. This is repeated so often that Norbert Wiener used it: "Change comes most of all from the unvisited no-man's-land between the disciplines." Wiener wrote a text with the long title of Cybernetics: Or Control and Communication in the Animal and the Machine. In this work he mentions a German song with the following lines:
Weisst du, wieviel Sternlein stehen An dem blauen Himmelszelt? Weisst du, wieviel Wolken gehen Weithin über alle Welt? Gott, de Herr, hat sie gezahlte Dass ihm auch nicht eines fehlet An der ganzen, grossen Zahl. Knowest thou how many stars stand in the blue tent of heaven? Knowest thou how many clouds pass far over the whole world? The Lord God had counted them, that not one of the whole great number be lacking. A version of the song can be accessed below.
The author Wiener selected a song containing occult knowledge of how the cerebrum and spinal chord are connected. His work is a comparison of an automatic being compared with living beings. The astral world is confronted with the problem similar to that in robotics. How to impress the will onto the flesh. The two different worlds of material and spiritual need a way to meet and interact favorably.
Coming back to the Le Grande Jatte we find in addition to the application of the dot a painting of an outing on a warm day is heavy in the language of will and desire. Any advance work in how the astral and mental bodies intact involves work with reflections. A principle quite simplistic but when apply to neuroscience the language becomes confusing. One of the most perplexing phenomena is when the body and mind implement thoughts that mistaking interchange their positions or values.
This is a feature that can arise when the etheric body is not able to balance the astral and mental bodies. The painting above is clearly not intended to display a scene of relaxation. Such a work would have no staying power in the field of perception. This particular painting weaves in from time to time in consciousness. This is solely for the description of how the etheric body forms. The process known in the tree of life as conjunction is represented. Each of the pairs in the painting undergo an interchange with each reincarnation. The language may seem odd yet understand that reorientation occurs in the carnal state. The reader can find another transformative series. The above changes serve as an example. The path worked out is intended as a mediation. The observant student will be quick to learn that the monkey and dog are used as symbols of the Egyptian tradition. The lower left is reserved for the logos. The trinity appears and can be supported by any pair. Each combination along the trajectory will provide a different arraignment of the thoughts and personality. The perceived life of the individual is among several variations. If the process was meant to be observed as a distant observer the painting would be weakened. The viewer can also use each pair and trinity to form a current tree of life structure.
There are at least twelve transformative events to be selected. One of the most difficult challenges is bringing the astral close to the mental body. The role of martial Arts speaks in advanced circles as its use for working with the opponent of the purple twilight. That is a region located between the moon and earth levels on the tree of life. There exists other opponents not spoken of. This is why it is a benefit when undergoing breathing exercises to beware of your higher bodies. They too require development the training is not automatic. Four more pairs were not enclosed by squares. Can you identify them? A useful exercise for the self conscious mind is to identify the pairs for each transformation.
The pairs on the tree can be identified. The astral called number 8 or Hod. Is written in English as Splendour. This body conjugates with the mental body called number 7 or Netzach. This is described in English as victory. The spheres of Mercury and Venus interact to form a child called the Moon sphere. The formative world involves the Moon sphere. The Earth sphere is number 10. This is called Kingdom in English. The symbol of a circle with a cross inside represents the Earth sphere. Looking above the spheres numbered 8 and 7 you will see a repeated triangle. Again there are a pair of two worlds that conjugate to form a third. In this case a number 5 and a number 4 are a pair. These two make up the soul triangle and form the heart region. The powers of strength and mercy reside here. The child that is produced is number 6. This is called Beauty in English.
The inverted triangle above is called the spirit triangle. This holds number 3 and number 2 they are understanding and wisdom. The child produced is called Daath and it is not drawn on the diagram. Daath is called the doorway to knowledge. This region has a physical mapping to the throat chakra. This is called Vishuddha ( विशुद्ध ).
The symbol of the Vishuddha is not meant to be static. The petals are suppose to open. The lines inside all provide information to initiate function.
An equally different view. You might say an astral way of thinking can be compared with the cybernetics text. This is of course the work called Tertium Organum by P. D. Ouspensky. Any serious work on the astral world needs to take on the concepts of four dimensions. An important way to obtain conjugation between the two worlds is for us to see in the fourth dimension. The guideposts to know when you have reached the new world are given in two text of the Christian tradition. They are Revelations chapter 10 section 6 ... There should be time no longer. and the letter to the Ephesians chapter 3 section 18. An important point requires "That ye, being rooted and grounded in love may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the Breath and Length and depth and height. You were brought to this article for the information that it contained. It is said when examining a dream do not establish contact with what is occurring before you. Look and seek out the entity that is behind the events. The temptation is great but by forcing your way you will reach the causal body. This lower entry to the ego world shares much with the conjugated product of the astral and mental worlds. The ancients called the moon.
The painting above shows exactly what we are trying to do with our mind. This is visiting where we have been. To travel the unknown would be different. This of course is different. Here is where your are. Notice in the right hand is the tool used to represent the herdsman. This associates the role of Arcturus in prayer. We may hold a ritual before a meal not realizing the preparation of food is the hidden path to communion with the higher worlds. The symbolism of the Divine Soul is that of a black bird. Again just as a reference in the painting above refers to the nerves involved in the digestion of food. The position of this bird in the night sky refers to nerves that the alchemists call the doorway to their art. This bird can be seen to rest upon a skull. The two nerve systems that these two symbols represent are involved in a unique feedback loop that is access through the knowledge of magic. Magic the ability to transform. The Egyptian Mysteries portrayed the same bird as a Sparrow. The Chinese texts describe this constellation of a Raven (The Latin is Corvus) to appear above a large mountain. The land that includes this mountain is associated with the blue green dragon. The mountain is the nerves located in the prostrate area. The dragon is the spirit guardian of the East wind. This domain is where nutrients from food are used in the construction of the numerous seeds the body uses, as well as the structures of the body and for the products of the mind called thoughts. How appropriate that a discussion of prayer begins with the aspects of nourishment. The artist understands invocation cannot occur without several preparations. The operator is seeking entry to her higher selfs by looking upon the vapors. This is the etheric world.
When one pursues Magic there comes a point where the event horizon is reached. The ability to transform a process involves knowing where you want to go and where you are. The invocations to achieve a powerful action of bringing the spirit down into the physical body is provided by a series of manuscripts. One is called the sermon on the plains, from the evangelical Luke 6:17-49. The other is called the 'sermon on the mount,' located in Matthew, chapters 5-7. Each of the eight sections are called a blessing. You will often see the word Beatitude used in place of blessing. The name beatitude means a supreme blessedness. Each of these blessings are powerful invocations. The original Greek text referred to them as the conferral of immortality. This was the gift to the hero/heroines for their efforts. The Greek word used is μακάριος. This Makarios is the prize in the Mysteries for the victory in achieving conscious control of the mind from the automatic nervous system. This is where freedom from fate and death occurs.3 In Islam cosmology the first handful of Earth is the body. The inhabitants dwell in the sphere of death. These people are the thoughts. To break free requires the journey from the physical domain to the etheric domain. The blessings describe why cosmologies were written in traditions. The mental mind or mental body has the capability to leave its world and enter the world of Buddhi. The view of the physical world occurs when the mental body uses the etheric body as a reflector. The illusion of being in the physical world when we really are not. Only when we chose to use our mind to explore the tree of life can we begin to use the blessings. To use the methods of prayer involved in breath, motion, and diet is a step toward using them properly. We tend not realize what a treasure these blessings really are. Congratulations on your decision. The journey to knowledge begins. The tree of life diagram may seem too abstract. The blessings lead access to the higher worlds within YOU. Read passively the words are just as you encounter in any text. The formula to leave one world and enter another is what magicians do. This then is what magic is used for. As much significance can be presented to this valuable find without the missing portions the wording will not be effective. All traditions have them, it is up to the individual to bring about the magic. Being born upside down. Do not be surprised to meet others feeling the order of the blessings should be reversed. The answer to this lies in the three triangles drawn upon the tree of life. The triangle of personality is parallel with the triangle of the soul. The triangle of the spirit is antiparallel. Depending on where a mind rests the reference of the tree will either appear right side up, or upside down. Both the crown of the logos and the kingdom share attributes. This means the descriptions for each world are relative to the tree. Ask yourself what an inverted kingdom rich in spirit would appear to you as? Hint the triangle of fire is the inverted triangle of water. The emotion of passion, when inverted, is calmness. This means not a neutralization of feeling but a change in symmetry. The true nature of one's humors is based on the reader's orientation. In order to reach and arrive at a world requires knowledge and indeed experience with the hours. It is said a pattern of a drum could invoke a change of an hour. Music, as well all the arts, will be necessary to learn how to apply the blessings. An introduction to the blessings and which world is being accessed. 1 Physical Body {Malkuth (מלכות)} In order for an individual to enter the spiritual world in earlier times, the etheric body had to be slightly separated from the physical body, which was thus formed in a special way. Christ Jesus therefore said in regard to the physical body, “Blessed are the beggars, the poor in spirit, for if they develop their ego-ruled bodies in the right way, they will find the Kingdom of Heaven.” Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven physical body is poor in spirit cannot detect higher worlds therefore refers to Malkuth - The kingdom
2 Etheric Body {Yesod (יסוד)}
Of the etheric body Rudolf Steiner pointed out, “Formerly, men could be healed of illnesses of the body and soul by ascending into the spiritual world in a state of ecstasy. Now those who suffer and are filled with the spirit of God can be healed and comforted by finding the source, the comfort, within themselves.” Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted. The ether body experiences suffering from the astral body. The astral body leaves the physical body while the body rests. With each return of the astral body the etheric body suffers.
With the ability to connect with the etheric body opens the possibility to reach the astral body. This is land where images can change abruptly without notification. A way to reach this junction simply relies on refection of how differences on earth are manifested by time and growth spirits. How stones and plants differ from birds and humans leads the way to feelings and a feeling is a guide to change to the world of thoughts. this is the land of spirits.
3 Astral Body {Hod (הוד)}
Of the astral body Rudolf Steiner said, “In former times those whose astral bodies were beset by wild and tempestuous passions could only be subdued when equanimity, peace and purification streamed to them from divine spiritual beings.” Now men should find the strength within their own egos, through the in-dwelling Christ, to purify the astral body on earth. Thus, the new influence in the astral body had to be presented by saying, “Blessed and God-imbued in their astral bodies are those who foster calmness and equanimity within themselves; all comfort and well-being on earth shall be their reward.” Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the Earth
4 Sentient Soul {Hod (הוד)}
The fourth beatitude refers to the sentient soul. The ego of him who purifies himself in his sentient soul and seeks a higher development, will become permeated with the Christ. In his heart he will thirst for righteousness; he will become pervaded with godliness and his ego will become sufficient unto itself. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled.
5 Rational Soul (Ego) {Netzach (נצח)}
The next member is the rational soul. In the sentient soul the ego is in dull slumber; it only awakens in the rational soul. Because the ego sleeps in the sentient soul, we cannot find in another man the ego that truly makes him a human being. Before an individual has developed the ego within himself, he must allow his sentient soul to grow into higher worlds to be able to perceive something there. But when he has developed himself in his rational soul, he can perceive the person next to him. Where all those members previously referred to are concerned, we must bear in mind what was given them in earlier realms. It is only the rational soul that can fill itself with what flows from man to man. In the fifth beatitude the sentence structure will have to take on a special form. The subject and the predicate must be alike, since it concerns what the ego develops within itself. The fifth beatitude says, “He who develops compassion and mercy shall find compassion in others.” Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. The translation is not very good. A transfer of matter and energy is hard to convey. Rudolf Steiner suggested the translation can be renders as: “What streams forth streams back again.
6 Consciousness Soul {Netzach (נצח)}
The next sentence of the Beatitudes refers to the consciousness soul. Through it the ego comes into being as pure ego and becomes capable of receiving God into itself. If man can elevate himself to such a degree, he can perceive within himself that drop of the divine, his ego; through his purified consciousness soul he can see God. The sixth sentence of the Beatitudes must, therefore, refer to God. The external physical expression for the ego and the consciousness soul is the blood, and where it brings itself most clearly to expression is in the heart, as expression of the purified ego. Christ said, therefore, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.” Thus, we are shown how in the most intimate sense the heart is the expression of the ego, the divine in man. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
7 Manas {Tiphereth (תפארת) (Causal body) (Spirit self) }, forms from the two bodies: Buddhi {Chesed (חסד) (Life spirit) } and Atman {Geburah (Spirit body or Spirit man)}
Now let us advance to what is higher than the consciousness soul, to manas, buddhi and atman, or spirit self, life spirit and spirit man. Contemporary man may well develop the three members of the soul but not until the distant future will he be able to develop the higher members, spirit self, life spirit and spirit man. These cannot as yet live in themselves in man; for this to occur he must look up to higher beings. His spirit self is not yet in him; only in the future will it suffuse him. Man is not yet sufficiently evolved to take the spirit self completely into himself. In this respect he is still at the beginning of his development and is like a vessel that is gradually receiving it. This is indicated in the seventh sentence of the Beatitudes. At first, the spirit self can only weave into man and fill him with its warmth. Only through the deed of Christ is it brought down to earth as the power of love and harmony. Therefore, Christ says, “Blessed are those who draw the spirit self down into themselves, for they shall become the children of God.” This points man upward to higher worlds. Manas draws down from Atman and Buddhi Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the Children of God
The concept of Atman is the higher Conssciousness. This is Osiris in the Khmet tradition. The concept of Buddhi is the higher intellect. This is Auset (Isis deity) in the Khmet tradition. What is Atman? What is Buddhi? The soul triangle is not fully explored. Since your ideas come from the tree of life it is of high value to learn about the leaves, fruits, and flowers. In a day of experience feels are shared. Since the highest blessing address the Atman body. It is worthy to understand this part of us. Ideas from the treasury of light do pass through the members of the soul triangle. The figure below implies we have more than one body. Our mind appears to transport the Atman.
8 Atman, Spirit man {Geburah (גבורה)}
The world of Atman. Do you know self? Where are you gazing? The surface of the Manas? Where do you want to look, the Atman? Atman is The inner self. Further on, mention is made of what will be brought about in the future, but it will encounter in ever-increasing measure the opposition of the present time and be fiercely rejected. It is said in the eighth sentence of the Beatitudes, “God-imbued or blessed are they who are persecuted for righteousness sake, For they will be fulfilled in themselves with the Kingdom of Heaven, with life spirit or buddhi.” Connected with this we find references also to the special mission of Christ Himself, in the sentence that reads, “Christ's intimate disciples may consider themselves blessed if they have to suffer persecution for His sake.” This is a faint allusion to spirit man or atman, which will be imparted to us in the distant future. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in Heaven, for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. The key to unlocking the meanings of these invocations is knowing what do the wordings: revile, you, persecute, and evil actually refer to. Each of the words can be placed upon a tree diagram. This relates the word to parts of the body.
A diagram like the one above. A word to have any effect must be bound to an organ, or portion of the physical body. The portions in the higher worlds must also be bound to the portions in the lower world. This concept of binding is missing in our mechanical ways. If the spirit is engaged at every part in the process the prayer becomes effective. These efforts will take away the false approach to slumber an image these are moral approaches to other physical bodies. The conflict is among the higher bodies of YOURSELF. To bring down the fire of the spirit from above requires efforts from within your self. The desire of spirit to work with earth requires the passage through material.
Atman impresses its forces upon the lower bodies
Etheric body Threptikon This is the nutritive soul Causal body Karana-Sarira Sentient body Asethetikon Sentient Soul Orektikon Intellect Soul Kinetkon Consciousness Soul Dianoetikon A text that introduces some of the terms listed above can be found in the work by Aristotle called De Anima. The English translation, with side by side Greek text, is presented by R. D. Hicks. A text only version in English can be obtained at this site. It is available in three parts An understanding of the Karana-Sarira is briefly outlined at this site. A more detailed account with questions and answer format can be found here. Advanced information can be addressed at this site. A commentary on the Bhagavadgita is available here.
The calling down the spirit. A method of magic needed so much more. Liken to move from one place on a map to another. To take a position on the surface of a ball and move to a position on the circumference of a circle.
The elements are important to control by the mind. The first four blessings are dedicated to the these elements. The earlier versions found in the Greek texts made direct associations to the elements. The concept of thirst for water. The realm of the skies for air. The use of Earth to explicitly assign the element of earth.
A more informed list of the blessings. The Sun and Moon are mentioned in alchemy texts. Among the many areas in the physical body. This two orbs involve the motor center of the brain and the sensory center. Both can be found in lateral side ventricles.
The Oriental tradition fits directly to the designation. Metal for Spirit. The word for metal is referred to Ether, or Quintessence in the West. The elements Wood (木 mù), Fire (火 huǒ), Earth (土 tǔ), Metal (金 jīn), and Water (水 shuǐ) are described in the tree. The element wood is Air.
Ritual form of the four fold energies. Showing a from for each of their functions. By focus on the ability to rise in the hour. It is able to achieve control. Breath and motion is essential in these rituals. Motion is the silent partner in prayer. The elements hold pathways for energies that were formed at the time of creation. The various Lords of Flame, Form, Mind, and Humanity have their activity. The result of these contribute to the construction of earth. The reactions carried out by the Lords of Mind have an unusual effect on us.
A Handful of Earth is all that you require to understand Heaven. Cosmologies are difficult because of the context. The description is about what cannot be perceived. This is namely the functioning of the mind by way of bodily processes. The Celestial Approach to thought existed way before Psychology. You will find this topic in many traditions. In fact you can identify the same features in many lands. The study of how the soul grew and interacted with the body and how the spirit developed in response to the body and soul is a very old subject. A model is utilized to describe how thoughts and the consequential actions would emerge. This consists of a series of mental states arranged in a hierarchal fashion. The states are described as spheres. The possible thoughts and capabilities is enormous. Very little has actually been access. Therefore there is great rewards and potentials possible. Depending on the context you will find literature sources that describe these spheres as levels, circles, earths, and heavens. This article is a useful foundation for the study of the works of Franz Bardon. The application of cosmology to study mental structure offers a clear understanding of the role alchemy plays in the growth of mind, body, spirit, and soul. This diagram will lose meaning when it is not realized the figure describes the vortexes that actually occur from you. The dream of the stage has robbed the power of the mind. It is speculated that Dante Alighieri (1265-1321) employed a copy of the Book of Enoch to guide him in designing the levels of heaven and hell of his Divine Comedy. We are not privy to his library records. The field of interlibrary loan may have been able to procure such a work. There is of course other scholarly tools known about in Dante's time, from areas other than Christianity. The works of Sufi researchers were recognized in Europe. One author, Ibn Sina (980 - 1037), wrote a work on mind structure. It is the recital of the bird called Risalat Al-Tayr ( رسالة الطير ). These spheres are fifteen in number. The spheres are broadly categorized into two classes. The spheres are distributed among these two classes such that in Paradise there are eight levels. In Gehenna there are seven levels. Such a system implies that different spheres can be accessed by the quality of the thought. By changing the thought a new sphere can be entered. This means emotions and the thoughts that create them can be altered at will. Thus a graphical approach can be used to describe the mental process. These heavenly spheres are created from what the alchemists call primal matter. By taking a “handful” of this matter the mind forms the cosmic structure composed of fifteen worlds. The thoughts that are able to inhabit these worlds is determined by the structure of each sphere. Moreover, the radiant vehicle (augoeides ochema) [corresponds] with heaven, and this mortal [frame] with the sublunary [region] The powers of thought are assigned to planets. The rays of planets would have profound effects on people on the earth. It was observed that the effect could be negated if the planet was not observed. This had an influence in medical research for the treatment of illnesses at one time during the plague outbreaks of the 4th and 5th BC along the mediterranean area. List of the heavenly spheres. First Heaven This is called Moon. This sphere comprises body and spirit. The word spirit in arabic is ruh (روح ), and in Greek is vital pneuma ( πνεῦμα ). Second Heaven This is called Mercury. This is the meditative power. Third Heaven This is called Venus. This is the imaginative power. The mental activity is in the third heaven. Fourth Heaven This is called Sun. This is the consubstantial matter Fifth Heaven This is called Mars. This is the representative matter Sixth Heaven This is called Jupiter. This is the cognitive power. Seventh Heaven This is called Saturn. This is the individual intellect. The spirits of this region correspond to the interior sense. The aspect of reason through a problem is a hallmark of the seventh heaven. Eight Heaven This is called Fixed Stars. The Arabic word is Kusi. In English this is called the Firmament. This is made of the Soul Ninth Heaven This is called the The Throne. In Arabic the word is (العرش ) Al-‘Arsh. In Greek this is called Empyrean. This is written in Greek ἐμπύριος empúrios. This is the fundamental reality In the operation an activity can be directed by nine powers. Consider a case where one power dominates and provides a direction. In the case of the first level the sphere of Moon the spirit is providing counsel. Whichever sphere the individual selects to seek advice that will be the rank in paradise that manifests. The decision to follow the course of action is carried out by what the Buddhist call the central controller. The rarely talked about in cosmologies these days are introduced as handfuls of Earth. The literature on creation always begins with how heaven and earth interact. The vehicle to explore these worlds was chosen as birds. These are metaphors of conscious states. This is used by Avicenna (also called Ibn Sina) and can be seen in the analysis called The Recital of the Bird. A description of angelology and how the soul is effected by forces can be found in the Visionary Recital. In this work is a commentary presented by Hayy Ibn Yaqzan. This describes the world of the soul that is often missing in western discussions. Just as the body deserves attention so does the soul. The scholar Harry Corbin is responsible for the publication. These spheres constructed in the Paradise have a counter part in what is called Gehenna ( גהנה ), in Arabic the word is Jahanam ( جهنم ). These levels are designated as Earth spheres. Note the primal matter is still the basis for the assembly of these mental states. The Earth spheres are not studied as intensely as the spheres from Heaven. We known from Egyptian traditions the importance of the earth in supporting the vault of heaven. The source of lust and emotional outbursts are carried by the winds. The nerves involved in this type of signaling we are informed are to be found in the Second Earth. The text ( قصص الأنبياء ) called the Lives of the Prophets, in English this is written as Arais Al Majalis Fi Qisas Al Anbiya. The text has a description of these earths. First Earth, Ramaka The highest earth is on the back of a whale that touches heaven. The whale is on a rock and the rock is in the hand of an angel. The description of our own position. Notice the wording stresses we are not alone as interpreted when we study what the physical senses provide us. Beneath this earth is the barren wind. The outer appearance of the physical body is the assigned domain of the first earth. Hence the reason why this earth is called death. The soul and spirit are asleep in the physical body. All relations and laws for constituting this mortal body are fabricated here. This is why the first earth is referred to as being inhabited by men. Not the figure of the male. It means the false interpretation that the mind is trapped on the first earth. The mind in fact populates all the earths and heavens. The awareness of moving to and staying in one of these domains is the key to consciousness. Hence the life so much adored has a special name on the first earth. This is called Death Here is the source of illusions. The esoteric sense means the dwellers are in the underworld. They perceive this sphere as real and cannot distinguish the actions of their thoughts on their own surroundings. Gurdjieff pointed out that the inhabitants merely are asleep and do not know how experience the Self. Their thoughts detach from the activities they are engaged in. Second Earth, Khalada The Barren wind. The wind spoken of shows the dominates of nerve signals on our thoughts. Emotions run high. The concept of time rules us when sense a satisfaction immediately. The innate depositions are the inhabitants of the second Earth. This is called Innate Tendencies The winds are located in this sphere. See ‘The turning about of the winds in the Quran (2:164; 45:5) Third Earth, Arqa The physical temperaments are constructed in the Third Earth. This is broadly called our nature. Our personality is in the third earth. This is called nature The dwellers of chimeras reside here. Beings with mouths of dogs, feet of cows, ears of a goat, hair of a sheep, face and hands of a human. They lack clothing. Their day is our night. Their night is our day. They do not disobey God. Fourth Earth, Haraba This is the location where lust is developed. This is called Lust Rocks of sulphur were placed there by God for the people of the Fire. Kubrit ( كبريت ) is Arabic for sulphur. If you are interested in the study of alchemy, then the Fifth Earth is a sphere worthy of attention. Fifth Earth, Maltham Frenzy is mined in the Fifth Earth. A nation called Hajla is present in the Fifth Earth Inhabited by Snakes and a nation called Jilla Sixth Earth, Sijjin ( سِجِّين ) This is called Aberration Here lies the astral fire. The inhabitants are the scorpions Seventh Earth, Ajiba This is called Abomination The dwelling of Iblis ( إِبْلِيس ) and his hosts. It contains his nest. One side of which is the hot wind and the other side is the vehement cold. The names of the Earth spheres refer to the process in activating the astral fire. The energy produced from this fire, located in the loins, is necessary to allow the transfer from one sphere to another. The gift of the astral fire allows the transitions from any level to that of another level.
The accessing of these states allows the creation of Art, the ability to come up with ideas, new inventions and discoveries. The location of Gehenna is placed south of Jerusalem. This is the location where the refuse of the Holy City was burned. The said fires are kept going continually. This provides a description of the waste removal processes of the physical body. The digestion of food is carried out by the fire in the small and long intestines. The energy abstracted from food is used to drive the mental and bodily requirements. The Holy City of course is the physical body By no means this is not the only description of the various worlds between heaven and earth. The works of Proclus (412-485) paved the way for Celestial Hierarchy by Dionysius the Areopagite. These works all use the geometric features found in the tree of life. Another structure of the mind is described in the works of Emanuel Swedenborg (1688-1772). In Swedenborg's book series called Arcana Coelestia volume 11, and volume 12 he provides a description of our mind as six earths. The description is presented as a vision. |
