A text with the title Daniel has a section about dreams. A king called Nebuchadnezzar had a dream of being excluded among people and sent to live with animals. The dream mentions further that he would eat grass just as an ox. Today is a day of ceremony. People in some parts will dress up in costumes and visit friends and wish them well. This day marks the point where a SUN enters matter. It is a festival marking the placing of the seed in the body before the physical birth.
The text of Daniel describes a process of regeneration. A portion in English is presented for a reference.
31 Even as the words were on his lips, a voice came from heaven, “This is what is decreed for you, King Nebuchadnezzar: Your royal authority has been taken from you. 32 You will be driven away from people and will live with the wild animals; you will eat grass like the ox. Seven times will pass by for you until you acknowledge that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes.” 33 Immediately what had been said about Nebuchadnezzar was fulfilled. He was driven away from people and ate grass like the ox. His body was drenched with the dew of heaven until his hair grew like the feathers of an eagle and his nails like the claws of a bird. 34 At the end of that time, I, Nebuchadnezzar, raised my eyes toward heaven, and my sanity was restored. Then I praised the Most High; I honored and glorified him who lives forever. The name of Eagle and Ox are more than just casual pointers to examples of animal behavior. They in fact are referring to the physical body and the mental body. This is represented as the Ox and the Eagle. The Rig Veda describes the event when consciousness occurs as Sun Rise. This conscious awakening is a manifestation of the mental body. The Eagle mentioned in Daniel. We spend a lot of time with the mental body. We do not sense this vessel. Hence the metaphor of a feathered bird. This body is located above the physical body. The mental body uses the physical body, drawn as an ox a creature of the land, to act as a reflector.
The reason for this emphasis on these two bodies and not the other bodies such as the Astral (represented as a Lion), and Casual (represented as a human figure) is that we only access the Astral body when we sleep and lose the waking consciousness. To gain awareness of the Casual body we must develop by exercises what is called etheric listening, and etheric sight. This comes later in our evolution. In this case to "see" the body represented as the human figure we must use the etheric body as a reflector just as at birth we use the physical body described as an ox as a reflector to see the physical world.
The hidden crew that is involved in aiding you is not observed directly. You must perceive them. Your mental body emanates or acts at the region of the Kidneys. This is the house of personalty. All the nerves in this region pick up interactions from the mental body way of the etheric body.
It was only after a cycle of time will Nebuchadnezzar realize there are higher worlds. " Seven times will pass by for you until you acknowledge that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth." Those kingdoms refer to all those nerve clusters that are the sources are confusing thoughts, distortions, poor judgment. The nerves in the heart, mind, spleen, stomach, legs, throat must learn by evolution that the cerebrum has something to offer. As we mature the conscious takes over from the automatic nervous system. A question then must be addressed at some point. We assume only the body grows. If we come to realize that the mind also grows, then what of soul and spirit? Just as the body the soul and spirit have periods of learning. That is the meaning of the seven passes.
The inability to answer the question what is mind and what is consciousness is an exercise to realize growth and development do occur for mind body soul and spirit. It does not begin or end in a physical classroom. Assuming control of your kingdoms is a step in taking your throne. This is indeed why Nebuchadnezzar returns to the throne. "Then I praised the Most High; I honored and glorified him who lives forever." The higher intellectual center lies dormant at the physical birth. During spiritual awakening the process of knowing yourself can occur. Just as in plants there may not appear to be any growth, but there are cycles of learning going on. They are necessary so that events will be ready when flowers form and fruit is produced. To be aware that this also occurs in YOU will necessitate the growth of your spiritual sense organs.
Happy Halloween and a Happy All Saints Day to Everyone

The region near the pole star appears as a hole. The Greek word Chaos (χάος) means gap. A very old name for this empty space was referred to by Egyptian astrologers as the stellar uterus. The constellations nearest to the gap were representations in pictorial form of the first born. The early Egyptian mysticism involved two deities. One was named Rerit. The partner to this deity was called Sevekh-Kronus. A name to refer to Rerit was the mother of revolutions as this constellation recognized as a plough or big dipper slowly revolved about the gap. Currently this constellation is labeled as Ursa Major or colloquially The Great Bear. The partner of Rerit originally was referred to as the daughter of Rerit. Over time this constellation was labeled as the son of Rerit. Various traditions used the stars in this region of the stellar sphere and as a consequence the names where changed. A direct following of the changes can be traced. The child of Rerit was called the god of the seven stars. The number seven is implied in the name Sevekh. The constellation that represented this deity is currently represented as two constellation. They are Draco and Ursa Minor. The lesser bear. Sevekh was assigned with seven powers. These powers were described as heads. This is because the head is described as a source of mental activity. The concept meant that the site of spiritual activity was in the cranium and a head would enclosed the cranium. Since the spirit activity would emanate from this region it is pictured as water issues fourth from a faucet. In Chinese the faucet is written as 水龍頭 pronouced as (shuǐ lóng tóu). The character for 龍 is dragon. This character relates to the dragon constellation near the polar region of the stellar hemisphere. Sevekh-Kronus was given the name of Al-Shadai. This cosmic force was given different names over time each name had associated the meaning of 7. The Egyptian Sut was derived from Sevekh. The Druids in England call their mystical stone the Sith stone. The esoteric planet saturn, not the physical planet is associated with Sevekh. The images from constellations actually relate to parts of the organism. The constellation Hydra is the vagus nerve. A much older name for this nerve is the pneumogastric nerve. It is the tenth cranial nerve. This nerve is unique it that information from heart, intestines, and lungs circulate between these organs and the brain. The constellation Virgo is adjacent to the hydra. Virgo is associated with digestion. This includes stomach and intestines. The Egyptian goddess Rerit symbolizes the systems and fluids of the physical body. This includes respiration, digestion, circulation, lymph, and spinal fluid. The Egyptian god Sevekh symbolizes the control and modification of these systems through the progress of life development and the ability to learn. Red is associated with Rerit A Chinese surname offers a clue to Rerit. The name 朱 pronounced as zhū. Alchemically the character is a reference to the core archetype that the spirit plays in animating the organs. If you feel that this is an over extrapolation then perhaps this short story maybe enlightening. A curious incident involved two co-workers. I saw a man in feign anger tap a women's shoulder. I inquired why he did that. She told me his family name is 朱, since we had pork-chops for lunch I told him he ate himself. She gestured to his knuckles with a biting motion. To make this story complete. The word for pork is 猪肉 (zhū ròu). Both the characters for the surname and for pig have the same pronunciation. Again there exists this feign of a eating taboo in that conversation. Despite the long time between the painting and carving of Rerit in Egypt the representation of life as blood and the metaphor of pig still has an effect on people's thoughts. The spirit world is the source of our thoughts. After they form they penetrate into the region where personality exists ❨The Reins ❩. We all have a respect for life and this appears to us in our culture and day to day activities. This shows that the other parts of the mind are not static but interact with the higher worlds as represented on a Tree of Life diagram. The name for physical body is called the Jade Tree 玉树 ( Yùshù). The special emphases that this character has is noted further by the fact that the Chinese language has a word for red that is different from the surname. The word for red is different, this is 红色(hóng sè). Yet in alchemical texts the surname 朱 is used to mean not red but the archetype of red. This can include the liver. This is wrapped in red clothes because the member of the yellow court is supplied by blood. The character 朱 would be used rather than the word for blood 血红色 (Xiě hóng sè). . In the revelation of Ioannes (1:16) there is a description of seven stars and seven golden lampstands. These relate to the astrological constellations of the Ursa Minor and Ursa Major. The manuscript always refers to regions in the stellar hemispheres. Hence there is in turn a corresponding reference to organs and the nervous system.
The work of Nature's Finer Forces gives us a reminder of what the western esotericists call Quintessence, Fire, Water, Air, and Earth. The author Rama Prasad reminds us that these seemingly foreign terms can be accessed by our mind through our respiratory processes. The work is a real gem at understanding yourself. A guide is presented for relating a color used by a painter to invoke different functions that the mind can produce. This is the beginning of a soul alphabet that the spirit can participate in. In engineering such a device is called a transducer. A response in one world of n-dimensions can be translated into other dimensions. Say of (n+1) or higher (n+3), (n+4). Why should I care about this?????? The realm of the physical body is 3 dimensions. The lower aspects of the mind are in 4 dimensions. The regions where the soul exists is in the 5 and 6 dimensional space. The kingdoms where the spirit reigns is in 7 dimensional space. You are far more complex then you realize. Therefore the use of a language on the physical earth is a restriction. Can you really hold a conversion with YOUreSelF? What than was used to construct esoteric texts? The books like The emerald tablet, Moses, The ألف ليلة وليلة , Bhagavad Gita [भगवद्गीता] (in the Devanagari script) are not written for a three dimensional world. There exist mathematical constructs and pictorial information that can only be obtained by understanding the meaning of hieroglyphics. A literal translation will only lead to an incorrect understanding. Consider the figure below as a model of the mind Use the figure above to understand the relationship of color, location, flower and the quality of mental thought associated. 1. During a state of rest. The mind is in the eastern portion. This can be represented as a petal of a flower. The color associated is white. The mind falls into patience, generosity, and reverence. 2. If the mind slips into the south eastern portion. The color associated is red. Take note the hue and saturation are not specified. A different hue has a dramatic effect. Also the purple in the center must be presence. This is associated with spiritual level of thinking. The inner thoughts as opposed to the daily events or news. This is the secret chamber associated with Roman houses called the Adytum. Red in the southeastern portion gives the inclination of sleep, torpor, and destruction. 3. The mind resting in the southern portion is a black color. This gives anger, melancholy, and uncontrolled tendencies. 4. A mind resting in the southwestern portion gives a blue color. The behavior can be jealousy and provides cunning skills. 5. When the mind moves toward the western portion. The color associated with this direction is brown. The feelings expressed are smiles, love, and humor. 6.The mind rests in the northwestern portion produces an indigo color. The behavior displayed is anxiety, dissatisfaction and apathy. 7.The mind changes toward the northern portion. This is yellow in color. The expression will be enjoyment and adornment. 8.When the mind moves toward the northeastern seat. The color is white. The emotions will be pity, forgiveness, reflection, and exoteric religion. 9.If the mind is resting between two portions or seats, then confusion or disease will result. 10. If the mind sits in the center of violet. Then consciousness shifts from the qualities of Maya and moves towards at the sphere or world of intelligence. Since the mind exists in different centers and organs this color scheme is general. Such a scheme can be devised for the Spleen, Stomach, Cerebrum, and long intestine. This is also applies to the nerve plexuses along the spinal column as well as nerve centers in other regions. The initiation process involves the familiar 7 nerve centers. However, there are far more centers of the mind used in more advanced techniques. Modifications of the information would be necessary to understand in applying knowledge to these higher centers. Some descriptions refer to them as palaces and castles in certain texts like One thousand and one nights, and the Quest of the Holy Grail, as well as Parzival. Another aspect is to grasp the knowledge of and the use of the tools at your disposal. This can only occur when you are clear of purpose. The unification of the lower and higher intellectual centers is a consequence of this need to know. Please examine the picture of this blog again. What reason does an artist have to drawn the pillars so small? Lets consider the source of the information used to provide the picture. The initiation of Ioannes Chapter 10 section 1 through 4. I saw another strong Divinity, coming down out of the sky, wrapped in a cloud, and a rainbow was upon his head. His face was like the sun (This means luminous as the sun a metaphor). His feet were like pillars of fire (again this is intended to be a metaphor). In his hand he had a little scroll unrolled. He placed his right food on the sea, and his left foot on the earth. The scroll appears as a book. The artist chose not to draw feet. This points out to the reader that the text and the picture lack a one to one correspondence. Therefore that cannot be compared to be used as a substitute of each other. This must be understood of from the perspective of the lower mind. A scroll refers to the body. Think of the zodiac as a scroll and you have the body. What than can be taken away from a visual image and a now currently ancient esoteric text? Notice in the text there are five of the elements. Coming down out of the sky. This is Air. The luminosity represents the spark that produces the outer four elements. The quintessence. This is indeed drawn as a face with a Sun. The next element introduced is fire. Then the location of the feet correspond to water and earth. The Divinity the text refers to is the higher intellectual center. The text was written in Greek. The authors may or may not have been Greek. The concepts and metaphors introduced were based on Greek mysticism and ancient astrology. In Greek the higher intellectual center is represented as a Sun and is called Nous (νοῦς). Upon reading the work one can learn that the composers of the work had an understanding of the Bhagavad Gita. Reading of the Bhagavad Gita first would be helpful in understanding the meaning of The initiation of Ioannes. A through understanding of Greek mystical literature and ancient astrology would not be sufficient. These texts really have to do with the effects that the respiratory system has on the unification of the mental centers. This is because the work is about Yoga after all. Please examine the above image with the previous picture. Notice how the pillars have been elongated and the feet are on the Earth. By understanding the nature of esoteric information we can begin to understand how its content disseminates into other forms of literature. In H. G. Wells we can observe a War of the Worlds. This is a metaphor for the conflict when mental centers fight each other for supremacy. The use of fire is associated with the heart. This is one of the powers Mars uses. The loser is the body and the overall mind. Unless order is established by the Ruler! It is interesting to "see" that the conflict of earth and mars was chosen as a plot. The earth as physical body and where personality is attached experiences the initial contact from the higher self. This Alien employs the powers describe by the roman deity called Mars. The realm of this race is the prostrate nerve cluster between the sacral nerves and the solar plexus. In all traditions the role of Mars is to bring change to personality by removal of what is false and leaving behind what is true. The uneasy feeling of what will the Martians do to me is an application of the occult laws. What is obvious to detection by the physical senses is not correct. The senses record correctly! The judgement by the model created in the mind is faulted. The model must be changed by the mind. The realization and the power to make this change is the sign of advancing from mineral mind to plant mind. In time the mind of plant will change from plant to animal. Eventually a mind of animal will change to mind of human. Then the mind of human to mind of Adept. A mind of Adept will change to ....
This process initiated by good thoughts is the beginning of The Great Work (Magnum Opus). To travel with the stars sometimes called astral travel is really an old technique to work at purifying your thoughts. The name astral means stars. The points of light in question are the clusters of nerves throughout your body. Sometimes during mediation you can catch a glimpse of this world unexpectedly. Whether during the day or night the physical senses can detect a momentary sighting of this world and its inhabitants. To the untrained and inexperienced this can seem startling. Those unfamiliar with the sensations caused when the etheric and physical body interact may feel that it is unworldly. The effects can be as simple as a tingling feeling, a pleasant sensation of warmth. The effects can be unpleasant a sound of a bang. The seeing of multicolored lights. These can even appear as figures with poor physical form. The shapes may alter over time. Knowledge of these events were once openly talked about and studied. Over the centuries these occurrences were quietly ignored. Literature for popular culture ridiculed these events as a form of comedy. Some fantasy, escapism, and even Science Fiction. Without the scientific literature to support people's experiences these rare visions were kept silent. This world is a part of the body. The sensations are registered by the physical sense organs by a reflection of the nerves. If we study a drawing of the nerves in the body. We will notice that they are largely concentrated in the head. The nerves in other parts of the body are more sparsely distributed. The images are only of the nerve sheath without the injection of any foreign diagnostic agents. This magnetic resonance technique takes advantage of the presence of water molecules present near the surface of the nerves. The method can only detect the signals broadcasted by the protons present in the water. More water near a nerve tissue results in more signal. To a first approximation the regions of the nerves in the body resemble that of a dragon, a snake, or a person with a large head and small body. the limbs would have no muscle and blood, as they are only nerves. A figure like this. Little has ever been asked about the origins of using characters with large heads and small bodies to represent individuals from the future. By being aware of this it is not hard to comprehend where the cross over of the study of the nerves became the source for stories regarding aliens. One such story was The Conquerors written in 1929 by a Dr. Keller who was engaged in the work of neuroscience. Indeed David H Keller was a psychiatrist who studied at the university of Pennsylvania (1903 MD), but later turned writer. His stories all involve aspects of the mind but written for the fantasy and science fiction market. We do not have a list of the curriculum offered to psychiatrists at the turn of the century but it is more than likely there was mention of a certain alchemical technique where the consciousness can be housed in a thought form. The material of this house is made from astral and etheric matter. No physical matter was used by the operator. This is purely thought. You would explain it away as using your imagination. The Kabbalist calls this vehicle the Golem (גולם). The symbolic image of a Golem is that of a large head and small body. This is a reflected image perceived by the physical senses. Our thoughts, our dreams and wishes are a product from ourselves. They are the "children" that are mentioned in esoteric texts. This means we often produce matter without form. This matter grows. If we forget about it one day a part of your mind will trigger that Golem. You will experience this thought in some form. It could be sound, light, a dream, a strong emotion. The alchemical approach is to use the vehicle as a method for healing the mind. It is very important to release harmful emotions. They can erupt in nightmares or appear one day in the physical world as a traumatic event. Because of the day to day cyclic experiences it is necessary to purify and clean your thoughts. You yourself have control over your thoughts and your world. To invite a foreign thought or substance relinquishes your rights. Your mind is your kingdom. The garden is yours. What causes these contacts with the astral world? A spark of light, reflection of light on water, stone, metal, glass. Smells can also result in contact. Sound, music, drums. Changes in melody and rhythms. The use of incense, and flowers. The use of flowers can trigger a memory. Textures on surfaces, Combinations of color and shapes. Remember a thought can result in signals from the nerves. The physical senses may record a response from the nerves. The change of breath is key. Meditation and trance, quiet time, and the use of mental concentration can also result in the sensation of a vision, light, or sound. This world is a part of us and we should be aware of who we are. To neglect and call this alien and foreign only is a hurt directed at our own mind. Many texts speak of Love as the way of the saints and prophets. The entrance to the mind is through our own body. To access the stars from the personality we make use of The Thirtieth path on the Tree of Life. This is called the Collective Intelligence. The knowledge of the STARS is from this path. This is the path called in hebrew as Resh. By working with this path great changes occur within the body. The Higher Self must act through personality if changes are to occur. Personality is connected to the physical body. The path connects Yesod to Hod. The reproductive sacral glands to the adrenal gland above the left kidney (facing back view, spine toward the viewer). In the future the past seems too dim to make out. Explanations are made to satisfy the feeling but they are not correct. Only a guess at the darkness. Like closing your eyes. In Egypt there is a Goddess name Rerit. Astrologically the position of stars called Ursa Major (Great Bear) was assigned to this deity. Images to represent her are depicted as a sow. The skin complexion in Art is that of Red. Bear in mind how the color red is perceived today. Do you perceive red to be a negative meaning in your life? The color blood can appear to the physical senses as red. As the Rerit in the heavens made a circular route it was described as ploughing a field on the earth. The design of a plough is based on the pig's snout. How culture is affected England The Great Bear constellation is called the Plough Roman There are two meanings in Latin for the word porca. They are 1. ploughed field 2. sow. Gaul Talisman of A pig crossing the earth Celebes The world is supported by a hog. Jewish A fish by the name Reem‚ was too vast to fit inside the Ark, swam along side the boat. This fish is the constellation today called Ursa Major. Why does the radical for pig appear in many Chinese words involving people? The word expressing the concept of image, figure and likeness has radicals involving both man and pig. The word for family involves radicals of a roof and a pig. This exercise may seem not of interest to some. I assure you it is of grave importance. The understanding of the Magick and application of Tarot images comes from this work. How is the person connected to Rerit? Surely if there exists taboos to consuming certain foods there must be a link between mind, body and soul. The stars in the plough or big dipper have jurisdiction over the growth and maintaince of the organs and systems of the body. The stars and their charges are as follows: Dubhe = Heart, Merak = Lungs, Phecda = Liver, Megrez = Spleen, Alioth = Stomach, Mizar = Kidneys, Alkaid = Eyes. Different traditions may include variations. The systems of control are the same. We have astrologically speaking a map of the organs for a body. "Let us make man in our image" The design of the altars are based on this constellation. Therefore the altar design is based on the body.
The 3....4.....5 Triangle is introduced briefly in early education. The significance of the triangle is never mentioned. This picture will rectify the Reader's deficiency. Examine closely please the longest side. This is known as The Hypotenuse. In our picture the line is a representation of Horus. This is the Child. That is the one with 5 entities. They are of increasing POWER labeled as Mineral, Plant, Animal, Man, Adept. Much can be learned about how your mind works and grows. Not only are we shown in a graphic way the Mind does change. We also learn how it can change. That is the ingredients and the agents of change. The ingredients are of the longer leg. The line of a proportion of 4 involves in the order of addition to the alchemical vessel Fire, Water, Air, Earth. This notation involves the initiation of Will. Symbolized as a spiritual flame. After Will we need intuition this esoteric water. The combination of Will and intuition provides an effective way for intellect using the element Air. The final and extremely necessary ingredient is organization and materialization. This is called by occultists Earth. The domain of this leg is ruled by the Mother. The driving forces come from the alchemical process involving the classes of Salt, Sulfur, and Mercury. These methods are under the control of the Father labeled as Osiris. These seemingly Egyptian names are in fact Greek derived pronunciations of the Kemet language. <-----At Left is the Hieroglyph composition ascribed for Kemet. A lot of information is packaged in this triangle. Therefore it is a convenient traveling text book on Spiritual Science. You can take it anywhere. By the application of your mind you will discover many more relationships and add to the growing knowledge of the oldest discipline. The study of YOUrSelf. This is the role of students to become contributors and researchers. The application of a spider bite results in a person gaining the powers of the insect but multiplied on the scale of a human. The powers available lead to super human capabilities. This is what the fifth position after human on the longest side of the Child means by the words Adept. The achievement required the mixing in of a spark. The spiritual light source of the hidden fifth element. This is the source of the four elements. The quintessence described in Western Alchemy. It is also called the Breath that interacts with Matter to produce the four elements of Fire, Water, Air, and The Most Important to US is Earth. These elements are under the rulership of the Mother. As a consequence they are available to us to use freely. The plot of the "comic SpiderMan" shows the continual changes of the character grappling with enduring the spiritual awakening while disorder in his world exists. This is expressed as the villains and his struggled to raise his family at the same time he is learning how to use his powers to build (The Good) rather than destroy (The Evil). The word man means mind. The name spider man really means the spider mind. The soul can be clothed in any body of female or male. The comic is about the transformation of mind as God unfolds in us. Having a Spider experience a blast of the Spiritual light by being between the two poles of a Jacob's ladder has an esoteric meaning. The ladder carries the angels from Earth to Heaven. The various psychic centers in the nerve clusters along the spinal column just happen to communicate with each other through the rungs of this ladder. The "spark" which travels between nerve cell to nerve cell mimics the device known as a material designed Jacob's Ladder. Designed and created from the Mind a simulation of a Jacob's Ladder. Spinal column showing connections like rungs on a ladder. Sketch of the spinal chord and brain. There are many discussions of this particular comic. Let us look at what is not being talked about. The plot involves the use of a spider as a transfer of power. A useful question to the student is Why? Why is a spider chosen? To learn about this. We have to take a trip! We are going to Labyrinths of Knossos in the island of Crete The use of spider's thread to find ones way is a metaphorical speak for the learning about your capabilities. The Labyrinth is your actual Mind. The finding of your way in the darkness is how you are when asleep. You do not realize the super powers you possess. The use of the metaphor is the reason why Cathedrals all are constructed with Labyrinths. The thread of the spider is used to seize and take hold of the Philosophical Lodestone. This is what the alchemists called their Magnesia. The stone contains iron and is said to rise from the sea in the eastern direction. The Orient. [This means the location in the head is toward the face] The spider is called Ariadne in the Myth. This is the Soul. The web is the woven body from the silken thread. Therefore the spider's bite to peter parker is the Divine Soul entering the body.
The Adepts say that they are able to draw their steel from the stomach or belly of Aries. This is the reference to tell you that the lodestone is in the head where the brain is located. The stone itself represents our Spirit. These are the principles worked upon by the alchemical tools. A comic provides insight into the secrets of the alchemist and understanding of esoteric texts. In passing some questions. How is it that works of Art can provide such dramatic changes on our mind? Is there a language that in a state of sleep we are unaware of like any language foreign to us? Do we simply ignore this as noise just as we ignore our powerful ally our Mind? Hint look at the first image. The History of Herodotus utilized material from the Periegesis of Hecataeus. This source is difficult to find. The work by Herodotus varies from several English translations and subsequent commentaries. What concerns us is the description of an unusual creature. The description reads in English as follows: "They have also another sacred bird called the phoenix which I myself have never seen, except in pictures. Indeed it is a great rarity, even in Egypt, only coming there (according to the accounts of the people of Heliopolis) once in five hundred years, when the old phoenix dies. Its size and appearance, if it is like the pictures, are as follow:- The plumage is partly red, partly golden, while the general make and size are almost exactly that of the eagle. They tell a story of what this bird does, which does not seem to me to be credible: that he comes all the way from Arabia, and brings the parent bird, all plastered over with myrrh, to the temple of the Sun, and there buries the body. In order to bring him, they say, he first forms a ball of myrrh as big as he finds that he can carry; then he hollows out the ball, and puts his parent inside, after which he covers over the opening with fresh myrrh, and the ball is then of exactly the same weight as at first; so he brings it to Egypt, plastered over as I have said, and deposits it in the temple of the Sun." Herodotus work can be accessed for the complete text. In order to understand what the History actually is describing we must view the work not from a physical view. The work actually refers to the body, soul, and spirit. The attempts at literal interpretations always end up in views of a fantastic world. This work nevertheless is not officially billed as fantasy. Why would one be concerned with this text? In order to learn the Rosicrucian tradition it is important to grasp the meaning of the places and flora-fauna around the middle East, Europe, and Africa. These are metaphors for the nerves, glands, body, soul, and of course spirit. To obtain the meaning of the Phoenix it is helpful to understand what the place Heliopolis actually is. The Kemet terminology for Heliopolis is the Rostau. This was depicted as a step pyramid. The realm of the Rostau world is the creative element known as Earth. In the Kemet system the Sun is thought to transverse four positions during its tour. These positions map out a CROSS. Each part of the cross points to one of four creative elements. This system shows that water is placed at Manu. This is directly opposite of Rostau which is Earth. The position of Aakhut is Fire and the position of Ament of Air. Take note that the compass directions are different in this system. Even though Ament is hidden it is important to understand. Ament is the source of world design. This is the Greek δημιουργός Demiurgus. The question worth asking is what is the meaning of Sun in this description? In the Kemet tradition the Sun is the Soul. The cycle showed above is the Journey of the Soul. Therefore when the Phoenix goes to Heliopolis in Egypt the process of the Soul entering the body occurs. In addition to achieving information of the reincarnation process the true meaning of the Obelisk can be appreciated. A representation of the Sun in the body is displayed in sculpture by an Obelisk. Heliopolis (Ἡλιούπολις). This provides the emphasis that explains what the phrase City of the Sun actually means. When you consider that the joining of the obelisk with the physical Earth is an artistic metaphor of the soul entering the body. The History of Herodotus provides further information on the other components of the body and nervous system. The diagrams presented in this article are useful when reading the text.
The old argument of logical thinking was applied to the question of why was red and green decided upon for traffic lights. The explanation was that the method came from train signals. Even though traffic from animal powered carriage predates trains. The question of the traffic density needs to be answered. How many vehicles were present at a crossroad? What then of red and green? There is an answer from the studies of the Tree of Life. The color for the pillar of strength is red. The pillar for Mercy is green. Information on these colors can be found in the article Angel Haniel's Green Coat. If you notice the idea of using color red and green can work from outside yourself by observation through your physical senses. This activity will result in the stopping and proceeding of your activities. The use of these colors can also work from inward perceptions of your thoughts to control desired outcomes of your own mind and body. The use of colors in a painting by YourSelf can have the effect wanted that often gives way to uncontrolled urges. Rarely has one attempted this. Yet here is where the basic lessons of how to use art in influencing the mind exist. One does not have to study many texts to find ways at self help. Simply study the hues and saturation of the colors red and green. The mind is hidden from the physical earth. We are all students of the hidden as this is where our mind functions. We can try to ignore this entity and only think in the physical. Others choose to learn how to use their mind. The observations of how our mind works is described by a series of laws. The word law here means observations that have been repeatedly been demonstrated. The first of these laws that we encounter teaches us the important lesson never to accept what is observed by our physical senses. This will seem strange to people who have grown the ability to rely on the interpretation of the world by our physical senses. The question not considered is why do illusions exist? People seduced in the physical world can not begin to understand the hidden principles that are involved in the world. To them a condition of Red is operating. This is a safety feature built into the Tree of Life. This interplay is far more in-depth then one can imagine. Esoteric texts are difficult to study for this very reason. Only can one begin to learn their meaning when the student receives the Green Light. Here is the reason why tales of aliens and fantastic spacecraft are used to interpret actual descriptions of the body organs and nervous system. The condition to achieve the color green in this case comes about biochemically. A time will be reached when the information begins to make sense. This is known by the term Unsealed. The process is a personal one. This is why knowledge can not be given when the student is not ready to receive. If you are not ready to receive the information will pass over your head. The phrase goes over ones head is an example of this occult law at work. Incidentally the word Kabbalah comes from the Hebrew root 'kabel which mean to receive. This meaning is not a coincidence. A deeper question is why should Air dominate Earth as the first lesson? The answer shows that the law of production comes from the intellect. This is shown in the creation myths. The Element Air (Vayu) is the first element produced from quintessence (Akasha). This observation is far more important than first realized by a casual reading. Your ability to make anything comes from Your intellect. As an example Art students used to be instructed to find their materials or make their own tools rather than purchase them. The source of new technologies will only come about by your thought. Further Reading Hue and Saturation on psychology Effect of color on Emotions Photo credit Funimation, 2010. The message in the picture above is rarely seen by viewers of the animated production called Black Lagoon (Produced By Madhouse in 2010). The understanding of esoteric literature can only be achieved by the individual. The process is a personal experience. Help can be sought with a word, or concept but the Wisdom and Understanding is achieved by the Victory of the reader by ultimately learning about themselves. In stories involving a heroine/hero there exists a quest. What is hidden from the obvious activities in the performance is that the reader and viewer is really the one involved in the quest. The stories are metaphors for the evolving mental growth of the individual in realizing and understand who they are, where are they from, and of course where will they go. This fact is the reason for the creation of role playing games. The purpose of the stories is to identify with the journey of the soul. Which is clothed in many heroic myths that are repeated in many cultures. See the book Hamlet's Mill for several examples. If we were to look beyond the picture of a map and make the claim that the lines and colors outline a nervous system we can understand the hidden meaning of the story. After all a blue line is not a river. You must use your imagination. To make the assumption that only blue lines are rivers neglect the power that you have in changing your view. By easily allowing a blue line to be something else without protest implies you have the power to create by using your mind. By the Power of the mind a way to understand the invisible world by using visible objects can lead to enlightenment. Above shows on the bottom left side the sacrum section of the spine. In the upper right hand side is the cerebrum. At the top of the cerebrum which is not seen in the figure lies the Claustrum. This is the Source of the Main River in the body. Referred to in esoteric texts as the river that supplies the four rivers found in the Garden of Eden. Photo credits Funimation, 2010. Used for educational purposes only. What holds our attention to a story is not what we assume from a material aspect. It is not the coarse manifestation of the products from Earth. We are beings that involve more than just one element. When a plot in a play involves all five elements that produces a successful formula. The result will make the story able to capture our attention. The story of Black Lagoon is really about the transformation of the character Rock. Initially the crew consisted of only three members. These are Dutch, Benny, and Revy. Their personalities represent the elements Fire, Air, and Water. As a trinity they are a unit. Yet they are missing two more components of an elemental system. This is a theme of the plot to acquire all of the elements. This is what we are trying to do ourselves. We wish to strengthen an element that is not expressing itself clearly. We may even be trying to utilize these elements properly. That is why comics, films, and plays appeal to us. We ourselves are trying to change. Photo credit Funimation, 2010. Used for educational purposes only. The character Rock is aptly named. His character is the Lapsit exillis that alchemists seek. In Buddhism the stone is said to Fall from Heaven. When Rock is introduced in the first episode we witness the awakening of consciousness. It is the shock of coming from breathing in water to a world of air. We see this when Rock (earth) meets Dutch (the will) in the first episode. The conflict in the overall plot is Earth offers resistance to what the Will wants. The will wants change in the life. We see the Soul's journey in the body during its time in the Underworld. Rock slowly transforms throughout the various episodes. The changes are not always noticed as he is not the main character in each of the episodes. The final story takes the characters to a place called the Golden Triangle. This actually has an esoteric meaning. The story originally began in the water in the Black Lagoon. This is actually the Sacrum of the body. The triangle spoken of is located upcountry. Away from the large body of water. To get there a river must be traversed. The word golden triangle means the Philosopher's Stone. This object has an amber color and is formed in the head far away from the Sacrum located in the loins. At this point if the focus of our study shifts toward Rock's personality we see he develops the aspects of all five elements. These include Spirit, Fire, Emotion, Intellect, and Organization.
An in-depth study would reveal how these elements were gained and which characters aided Rock. By applying the principles the reader can explain the Role of Revy to Rock as initiator. Further questions for thought: Question 1 Which character(s) play the role of the Kundalini? Question 2 Which character(s) play the role of Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna? Question 3 What part of the nervous system does a black lagoon describe? An important observation Rock changes from one easily to become angry to one of being calm. His analytical abilities increase. Ease of anger dissipates your energy. This is the Giant metaphor as the ego will feast on the body's energy supplies from food. By using the mind to control the Giants there is more energy to do useful work such as thinking about successful projects. Rock also is no longer easily embarrassed as seen in the early episodes. He speaks eloquently and is able to convince others in the later episodes. Moros y Cristianos does not refer to the food you would eat above but it is a trigger for the memory. The reason that the rice and beans are molded into a Fez is to remind you that this is brain food. The black color beans and the rice represent two nerve channels that provide a current from the bottom of your spine to the top of your brain. Fez has an esoteric meaning. It refers to the region of your brain facing your backside. This is the intellectual center and the place of higher learning. In the dish of food please observe that the contents are mixed together. The beans and rice are not separated facing each other but are conjoined. That is what occurs in the brain once the precious contents of the nerve tubes reach the brain. This mixing together produces thought. The beans and rice are metaphors for the evolution and involution forces that make up the two components found in the breath of the Elohim. These two forces are necessary to stabilize the Tree of Life. Without this stability the tree would fall apart. The magic of producing a thought involves the combination of these forces. Ones ability to perform any function arises from this interaction. The figures in the photo above all wear a covering on their heads. This represents the intellectual growth and concentrates the prana energy that emanates from the top of the head. Esoterically we are not static beings. When people are sleeping spiritually they do not realize what their mind and body are doing. This lack of awareness is a consequence of their sleep. To those who awaken a mystery can be discussed. What are the Moors and the Christians? They are the magic fluids that gather in the lower region of your spine. Esoteric literature describes these fluids as a couple. Some examples of these couples are: The Queen of Sheba and Solomon. The Christian Knight Gahmuret and the Moorish Queen Belacane. The two lovers in The שִׁיר הַשִּׁירִים, Greek: ᾎσμα ᾈσμάτων Âisma Āismátōn). These are not actors for people, or emotions. They are acting the forces within YOU. Please Study the figures carefully and the scene depicted. Notice one figure is on earth. One figure is on water. These are the regions that the two forces operate on. Adam Kadmon is depicted as standing with one foot on water and one foot on earth. The angel in Rev of John 10:1 stands on land and sea. The image in the background shows buildings with domes and columns. These represents the dome of the brain and the column of the spinal column. The boat in the sea represents the ark holding the soul. The light in the distance represents the light from the cerebrum. The earth represents the sacral gland. The Two forces meet and exchange both are essential for life. To know when you have awaken is when you realize the wall and restrictions do not exist for you and you can start to rise.
